Duties
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Have a knowledgeable understanding of all upcoming events and the ticketing information for each show
- Accurately complete customer transactions through Opendate Ticketing using Stripe Card Readers
- Scan tickets for customers upon their entry into the venue using Opendate Ticketing
- Assist customers with general venue information and questions about our events
- Assist customers with locating their mobile tickets and resolving any issues they may have with their purchase
Required Skills and Experience
- Must be 15 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service capabilities with experience in conflict resolution
- High level of self-awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing situations
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to accurately deal with large quantities of cash or other payment methods
