All judges are impartial and unbiased. All entries are considered fairly and equally upon their own merit.2. The performing artists remain anonymous until awards are presented, judging is based solely on the technical and artistic qualities of each tattoo.3. The entrance fee for each contest is $10. Winning artists will receive a plaque/trophy.4. Artist must be present to receive their plaque/trophy. In the case that the artist is absent, trophies will be awarded to the runner up.5. Sleeve contestants must have 3/4 sleeve coverage or more to enter6. All submissions to the “Best Cover-Up” category must include a clear and publishable “before” photograph.7. Photographers will be present to photograph contest winners and participants. Fall Ball reserves the right to publish these photographs for promotional and documentary purposes.8. There must be more than three entries in a competition for judging to take place and a plaque/trophy to be awarded.9. Registration for all contests opens at 7pm, with judging starting at 8pm. Registration will continue until a category is called. Once a category is called registration will close for that category.10. Small tattoo are 7x7 and smaller. Large tattoo 7x7 and larger.11. Fine Art category entries must include a 3x5 card (provided) with Artist name, shop and description. Artist/Owner assumes all responsibility for their piece.12. ***!!!MUST BE 21 AND OVER WITH VALID STATE I.D. TO ATTENED!!!***13. All categories are 1st, 2nd & 3rd except Overall Female/Male being 1st place only14. To qualify for Best Shop. Each Tattoo contestant must legibly fill in the Shop name on ballot.15.
