Access Your Tickets
To access your tickets, download your tickets to your mobile wallet, or transfer your tickets to a friend, simply login to your account on Opendate (our ticketing partner) using the email you provided at the time of purchase.
Step 1: Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for a confirmation email from Opendate. The subject line typically includes your event name and "Your Ticket Confirmation."
Step 2: If you cannot locate the email, visit the Opendate Ticket Portal. Step 3: Once found, click the link in your email to access your digital ticket.
How do I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Step 1: Open your ticket using the link sent via email.
Step 2: Look for the “Transfer Ticket” option on the ticket page.
Step 3: Enter the recipient's full name and email address.Double-check that the recipient’s email address is correct before submitting.
Step 4: Confirm the transfer.The recipient will receive an email with their new ticket link.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email when the transfer is successful.
What if I don’t receive my confirmation email or ticket?
Check your spam/junk folder in case the email was filtered.
Tickets to Rev are provided by Opendate, a leading ticketing provider. Use the “Find My Tickets” feature on the Opendate website to resend the ticket.
If you still can’t locate it, contact the event organizer or Opendate support for assistance.
